FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of an oxidising agent from the class of perchlorates, used for preparing composite solid propellant (CSP). The method of preparing a mixture of oxidising agent fractions from the class of perchlorates involves batching and mixing oxidising agent fractions. Coarse fractions of ammonium perchlorate with 160-315 mcm particles are used, as well as potassium perchlorate with 80-315 mcm particles, fine fractions of ammonium perchlorate with specific surface area of 2700200 cm2/g and a hydrophobisated fraction of ammonium perchlorate with specific surface area ranging from 5400 to 7300 cm2/g and content of alkylsiloxane coating from 0.11 to 0.25 wt %. For each portion of hydrophobisated fraction of ammonium perchlorate, pH is determined. Portions are batched such that, arithmetic mean value of pH ranging from 4.7 to 5.1 is obtained, rounded off to a tenth. Portions of hydrophobisated fractions of ammonium perchlorate are batched such that, deviation of pH value of this fraction from the arithmetic mean value is not greater than 0.1 in each packet of the mixture of oxidising agent fractions. ^ EFFECT: increased durability and homogeneity of composite solid propellant. ^ 3 tbl, 1 dwg, 2 ex |
