FIELD: information technologies, radio communication. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. Communication cellular device features one or more access modes which allow reading and recording data, for example, changing setting, namely, a password or OS on the whole, allowing access to private data, for example, list of contacts of the User. To prevent cloning or any other unauthorised functions related to device, the latter is configured to limit access to the said access modes using unique protection setting. The said setting can represent a password, preferably, one-pass password, or unique or dynamic or one-time configuration of codes for read/write instructions.
