METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRINTING RELIEF IMAGES ON FOOD PRODUCTS

FIELD: printing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention consists in proposal of a method of printing relief images on food products on the surface whereof a steadfast imprint of the relief image is produced. The selected dosaged amount of food products is placed onto a textile material cloth (1) whereon embossed relief elements (2) are generated by way of embroidery that are applied with a preset recurrence frequency and in accordance with the placement locations pattern selected. After removal of primary moisture from the food products and provision for satisfactory steady consolidation of their surface the textile material cloth (1) is removed with a steady imprint generated (left) on the surface of each product item having been produced that is represented by concave relief elements (3) that are actually a mirror copy of the embossed relief elements (2) embroidered on the textile material cloth (1). ^ EFFECT: invention enables provision for labelling without interference with the existing food products production process. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
