Such a result is achieved owing to that, the system has a unit for selecting reference addresses for citizens in a server database, a unit for identifying memory partitions of the database server, a unit for generating control signals for reading and recording data of the server database. The system also has a unit for selecting reference addresses of electronic government records in the server database, a unit for identifying registration addresses of citizens and a unit for switching data transmission channels of the electronic government. ^ EFFECT: faster operation of the system due to localisation of addresses for searching for database records in citizen registration address identifiers. ^ 7 dwg, 6 tbl |
