FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instruments and can be used for functional control over potentiometric pickup. In compliance with proposed invention, the method comprises the steps that follow, i.e. repeated registration of calibration data sets peculiar for pickup, recording registered sets of aforesaid data, analysis of time development of calibration data with the help of recorded data sets. Proposed method differs from know ones in that time interval is determined that is estimated by load factor comprising pH-value and/or temperature unless the next calibration is carried out using, at least, time development of calibration data. ^ EFFECT: ruling out unnecessary transducer calibration. ^ 11 cl, 5 dwg, 1 tbl |
