FIELD: measuring equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to proportioning of fluid hardeners and can be used in preparing fuel charges for solid rocket propellants. To this end, proposed batcher incorporates weight metre, charge receiving dipper, flat-topped bellows, portion selection and feed valves, pipelines communicating said valves with flat-topped bellows branch pipes, portion selection and feed pumps and measurement and control system.
