FIELD: cooling and heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cooling systems intended for cooling air-cooled telecommunication systems. Proposed device (100) comprises protective cover that closes at least one air inlet hole (11) made in housing (8), which accommodates electronic components. Protective closing element (1) incorporates frame (2) accommodating build-up filtration material (3) to make air-impermeable joint. Said build-up filtration material (3) comprises membrane-type filtration layer (20) that features porous polymer membrane, e.g. foamed polytetrafluoroethylene (PNFE), and at least one layer (8) of bulk filtration material arranged on inlet side of aforesaid layer (20). Layer (8) comprises fibers with electrostatic charge.
