FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods of repair produced with the purpose to prevent destructions of pipes in main gas-, oil trunks in areas, where there are local deformations of walls available caused by corrosion under stress or creepage of metal in the form of multiple minute cracks or thin areas, which under action of operational pressure in pipe become zones of mechanical stress concentration. Method may be used to prevent development of corrosion in zones of action of stretching mechanical stresses. Preventive maintenance of pipe wall, according to invention, is executed without performance of firing works by means of impact plastic deformation of metal at defect section by vibroimpact tool. Prior to peening, liquid anti-corrosion substance is applied onto metal surface, mostly concentrated anode inhibitor of corrosion. ^ EFFECT: provision of higher corrosion resistance of metal at repaired section compared to defect-free pipe, which levels their operational resource. ^ 2 cl |
