METHOD OF NON-WASTE THERMAL PROCESSING OF HEAVY OIL RESIDUES MIXED WITH SOLID FUEL

FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: method consists in processing of heavy oil residues at plants with solid heat carrier. Method combines method of pyrolysis and exhaustive gasification and afterburning of organic part remained after pyrolysis. Method is performed at temperature of above 400C at atmospheric pressure at plants with solid heat carrier. The number of liquid heavy oil residue added to raw mixture is 3-20 wt %, and content of residual asphalts and natural asphaltites in raw mixtures is 3-50 wt %. ^ EFFECT: increasing output of the target product at simultaneous enlargement of raw material base, simplifying the instrumentation of process. ^ 2 cl
