FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction materials manufacturing. Method for making of concrete and reinforced concrete products, monolithic structures and works of concrete mix contains cement, sand, crushed stone, electrolyte and water. Produced mixture is moulded into products, which are then exposed to electric stabilisation for 51-60 minutes in curb, cassettes or moulds, working surfaces of which are electrodes, passage of direct current with density of 10-49 A/m2 with sing-alternating pulses with duration of 3-7 minutes, with pause prior to each change of pulse polarity of more than 2 minutes. Then product is conditioned till structural strength is achieved. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved characteristics of manufactured products. |
