FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of moulding. Mould includes inserts and fixing element, is equipped with external and internal metal bodies joined to each other by external and internal platforms. At the same time external metal body consists of upper cone-shaped part and internal platform. Internal metal body consists of upper cone-shaped part and lower protruding part in the form of external platform, arranged one above another along perimetre of internal platform of external metal body. One of inserts is arranged in the form of external insert-matrix, the other is arranged as internal and cavity-forming. Both inserts are arranged as elastic from thermoplastic composition of polyvinyl chloride and dibutyl phthalate and are connected to each other to produce single monolithic matrix with relief pattern. At the same time external elastic insert-matrix from external side are arranged as cone-shaped, on its upper cone-shaped part there is an elastic visor installed, which is tightly adjacent to external metal body with the possibility to retain external elastic insert-matrix in external metal body of mould. Internal elastic cavity-forming insert in upper part has a protrusion with size that provides for creation of through technological hole in products of any size and configuration. ^ EFFECT: simplicity and reliability of device. ^ 5 cl, 7 dwg |
