FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry, particularly to process of coffee drink production. The method of production of aromatised girasol-sunflower-grape drink consists in the following operations. Girasol-sunflower and grape are prepared. Girasol-sunflower is cut and dried in SHF field to residual moisture 20% and roasted. Grape husks are dried in SHF field to residual moisture about 20% whereupon they are finish dried by a convective method. Further products are mixed and cryo-milled in medium of liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: invention expands assortment of coffee substitutes produced by non-waste process. |
