FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device includes vacuum pans for production of mother fillmass, its acceptance mixer, batch-operated vacuum pans each equipped with a distributing pipeline equipped with stop valves with an actuator for supply of the mother fillmass, its circulation system between the acceptance mixer and vacuum pans containing a fillmass pump, a circulation pipeline connected to the fillmass pump as well as to distributing pipelines, the circulation pipeline has a flow metre and a fillmass return pipeline to send back the fillmass into the acceptance mixer and a control means for dispensing the mother fillmass into the vacuum pans. The return pipeline has stop valves with an actuator to control circulation of the mother fillmass between the acceptance mixer and vacuum pans. The fillmass pump is equipped with a means of controlling the amount of the mother fillmass supplied into the circulation pipeline. Dispensing control means is connected to actuators of the stop valves on the distributing pipelines and return pipelines with a possibility of its simultaneous switching. ^ EFFECT: improved accuracy and reduced time of dispensing mother fillmass into the vacuum pans resulting in better granulometric composition, stable circulation of the mother fillmass in the circulation loop without depositing crystals. ^ 1 dwg |
