FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to sealed bearings of shaft journal (trunnion), and more specifically, to improved seal of bearing unit. Invention suggests unit of roller bearing, which comprises internal ring or cone, which is tightly placed around section of axle or shaft trunnion. Cone comprises rolling path, which is inverted outside. External ring has rolling path, which is inverted inside. Rolling elements are arranged between internal and external rolling paths and contact with them. Support ring is aligned at shaft chamfer. Wear resistant ring is installed between internal ring and support ring. Unit also comprises sealing unit, which includes sealing section, stator and rotor. Sealing section is connected by interference fit to hole in external ring and other end with elastic sealing element to external surface of wear resistant ring. Rotor internal section is connected to wear resistant ring. Stator upper section is connected to sealing section, and internal section of stator is arranged between upper and internal sections of rotor. ^ EFFECT: improved seal for bearing trunnion, which provides for retention of lubricating material inside sealing unit and barrier against ingress of contaminants inside bearing unit. ^ 23 cl, 3 dwg |
