FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to process of manufacture of coffee substitutes. The method consists in preparing recipe components, in cutting and drying of girasol-sunflower in SHF field at specified parametres of the process, in roasting girasol-sunflower, in drying of orange marc in SHF field at specified parametres of the process and in convective finish drying it, in mixing above listed components and in cryo-milling of produced mixture in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: facilitating production of new coffee drink out of non-traditional raw material by non-waste process. |
