FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of agricultural engineering. The threshing device is composed of a drum and a latticed board. The drum is equipped with working elements with teeth. The teeth of part of the working elements are designed to be shorter than those of the other working elements. The teeth are arranged at an angle to the generatrix along the helical curves so that the neighbouring teeth marks partly overlap. The tips of all the teeth are positioned within the same cylindrical plane. The teeth are positioned at an angle to the generatrix and outside the obtuse angle between the latter and helical curve direction whose intersection point is located on the tooth base. ^ EFFECT: proposed device enables reduction of the threshing process energy intensity and the grains damage rate. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg
