FIELD: railway transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises roll table for longitudinal transfer of ties and hydraulic rams to fit round wooden plugs into tie drilled holes. Hydraulic ram consists of lower table and upper table mounted in common foundation guides, said tables being intended for contact with tie lower and upper surfaces, respectively. The table incorporates hydraulic cylinder controlled by three-position four-way hydraulic control valve, which, when in neutral position, stops all hydraulic lines. Pressure line, upstream of aforesaid hydraulic control valve, incorporates pressure reduction valve. Lines of piston chamber of every hydraulic cylinder intercommunicate via additional line incorporating check valve to inhibit fluid feed from lower table hydraulic cylinder into upper table hydraulic cylinder. ^ EFFECT: simplified repair. ^ 2 dwg |
