FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry, particularly to process of coffee drink production. The method of production of aromatised girasol-sunflower-apple-black chokeberry drink consists in the following operations. Nutmeg blossom is extracted with liquid nitrogen and miscella is separated. Girasol-sunflower, apples and black chokeberry are prepared; girasol-sunflower and apples are cut and dried in SHF field to residual moisture 20%. Black chokeberry is dried in SHF field to residual moisture about 20%. Girasol-sunflower is roasted, while apples and black chokeberry are dried to residual moisture about 5% by a convective method. Further products are mixed at weight ratio 10:9:1, are poured over with separated miscella, are soaked and cryo-milled in medium of liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: invention expands assortment of coffee substitutes produced by non-waste process. |
