FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture, particularly to methods of utilisation of sub-products at processing of pinnipeds. The method consists in extirpation of baculum together with testicles not later, than 0.5-1.0 h from the slaughter of an animal. Further baculum is slightly stretched and fixed with nails on a telescopic frame of 100ù30 cm size. Baculums are dry-cured in draught air at air speed from 2 to 4 m/sec, temperature from +4 to +8C and relative humidity from 75 to 85 %. ^ EFFECT: invention facilitates utilising of by-products of sea-hunting industry not utilised before. |
