FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pipeline valves, in particular wedge valves, and may be used in oil and gas production industry. Wedge valve with self-adjusting seats comprises vessel, cover, spindle, which controls rigid valve. Wedge interacts with self-adjusting cylindrical stepped seats. Seats are freely installed in vessel bores and are sealed relative to the latter by rings made of elastic-deformable material. At the same time cylindrical step of smaller diametre of seat is separated by longitudinal slots into tabs. On external surfaces of tabs there is collar or grooves arranged with profile approximated to profile of groove or collar in body bores. ^ EFFECT: creation of wedge valve with self-adjusting seats with high extent of repairability. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
