A service class management server contains data on service class to establish a set of services provided by terminals with 2-1 up to 2-n users. When a terminal of 2-k users sends data requiring provision for services, data on service class which indicate the service class of the terminal of 2-k users is sent to the terminal of 2-k users in response.
