REPAIR METHOD OF CRACKS OF METALLIC STRUCTURES

FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: usage relates to method of crack repair of metallic structures. Method includes filling-in of cracks by means of local dotted heating and remelting of main metal lengthwise crack by contact dotted or seam welder. Filling-in is implemented from the top of crack lengthwise it by overlapping of previous formed core as a minimum for 30%. For removing of welding tensions formed core is heated in mode of heat processing and hammered on contact dotted or seam welder. ^ EFFECT: it can be used in different industries at repair and recovery works. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
