Device equipped with support, stiffly fixed on the conductor plate with guides, perpendicular to holes rows and installed on guides frame, designed to fix the device to a treated product. The drilling instrument case fixed on a column, with ability to rotate axially, and the column itself connected to its displacement mechanism along the conductor plate with gaps.
