<p>The engine has a sliding drawer (22) sliding between three positions such as closed, intermediate and open positions. The drawer closes a discharge passage (29) and discharge opening (28) in the closed position. The discharge opening emerging upstream of supporting arms (18) is closed, while the passage allowing derivation of a part of a gas flow in downstream of the arms is opened, in the intermediate position. The opening and the passage are opened in the open position. The drawer is provided with elastomeric seals or brush seals for sealing the drawer and a primary stripe.</p>
