PURPOSE: An electric wire robbery watch device which uses power line communication is provided to prevent the theft of an electric wire by using power line communication. CONSTITUTION: A power line transmitting device and a power line receiving device(102) are attached to the both ends of a theft-monitoring target line. The power line transmitting device transmits specific data, and the power line receiving device receives the data transmitted from the power line transmitting device. When the power line receiving device does not receive the data for a certain time, a power line theft alarm is generated. |
