EMBEDDED CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: A built-in type capacitor is provided to reduce a dielectric loss by including a dielectric layer of a double layer or triple layer structure. CONSTITUTION: A built-in type capacitor includes a dielectric layer(200) between a top electrode and a bottom electrode(300,100). The dielectric layer of the built-in type capacitor includes a high loss dielectric layer(210) and one or more insulation layers(220) contacted with the high loss dielectric layer. The high loss dielectric layer is included in a top part of the bottom electrode. The insulation layer is included in a top part of the high loss dielectric layer. The high loss dielectric layer contains a complex including a polymer resin and a conductive material.
