PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to improve a life and reliability while maintaining rigidity and flexibility of a panel using a flexible protective substrate. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent display device includes a first substrate(110), a sub pixel(P), a second substrate(180), and an adhesive part(170). The sub pixel is positioned on the first substrate. The second substrate is adhered to the first substrate. The thickness of the second substrate is between 30 and 100 um. The second substrate is made of borosilicate glass.
