<p>PURPOSE: A copper powder for conductive paste and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make electrode thin with avoiding the bad effect of electrical characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of copper powder for conductive paste comprises following steps. Reducing agent is put on aqueous solution including divalent copper ion. Copper particles are reduced and extracted. Reaction accelerator exists in one or both of the aqueous solution and the reducing agent. The reaction accelerator comprises deflocculating agent. The reaction accelerator includes metal particle which is more precious than the copper.</p> |
