The appliance (1) has a treatment chamber (5) with goods (2) and a heater (8). A condenser (6) and a wetness separator (7) are provided for cooling air flow and condensing wetness in the air flow after the air flows through the treatment chamber. The heat from the air flow is conveyed to a process gas through the condenser, where the process gas is controlled in a regenerative gas cycle process. The heat of the air flow from the process gas is conveyed through the heater. An independent claim is also included for a method for drying wet goods. |
