PURPOSE: An information transmitting apparatus using a small-sized vibrating motor and a method thereof are provided to make the delivery of information easily for the disabled person and the old and weak. CONSTITUTION: An information transmitting apparatus(1) using a small-sized vibrating motor comprises a vibration motor part(40), a central processing unit(10), a display unit(20), and a motor controller(30). The vibration motor part includes at least one vibrating motor. The central processing unit classifies and generates semantic information to be provided to a user by vibration information corresponding to graphic information. The display unit displays the graphic information generated by the central processing unit.
