[Also in Division C2] Polyvinyl chloride is plasticized with stabilized allyl chloride oligomer compositions comprising (a) an oligomer or co-oligomer having an average molecular weight between 300 and 500, and (b) 0À1 to 5% by weight of a stabilizer selected from epoxy compounds, organo-tin compounds and morpholine. Preferred stabilizers are epoxidized vegetable oils, e.g. epoxidized soya oil, and alkyl-tin carboxylates, mercaptides and thioglycolates. |
