PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of liquid sulfur and a using method thereof are provided to offer the large amount of the liquid sulfur in a short time, and to offer economical efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of liquid sulfur includes the following steps of: adding the water to a reactor; adding raw material powdered sulfur after boiling the water; foaming the sulfur with an upper rod agitating device(8) by adding sodium hydrogen carbonate in a mixture; adding caustic soda or potassium hydroxide in the sulfur mixture; supplying the liquid sulfur by agitating the mixture; and adding the powdered sulfur, the sodium hydrogen carbonate, the caustic soda, or the potassium hydroxide with a weight ratio of 4~5: 1: 3~4.
