PURPOSE: A strap bonding apparatus for an RFID tag using a dual head laser is provided to continuously supply an anisotropic conductive film sheet in a reel type, thereby temporarily bonding an anisotropic conductive film piece in a right location. CONSTITUTION: A strap bonding apparatus(100) for an RFID tag using a dual head laser includes a strap member supply unit, a strap member location arrangement unit, a temporary bonding unit, a chip supply unit, a chip location arranging unit and a laser bonding unit. The strap member supply unit(110) stores and supplies strap members for RFID tags in multi layered trays. The temporary bonding unit(130) simultaneously temporarily bonds a pair of anisotropic conductive film pieces from an anisotropic conductive film sheet supplied in a reel type about a pair of straps on a strap member of a work table.
