PURPOSE: A recycling method and a recycling apparatus for a rubber roller using plastic media are provided to restore inherent function by spraying the plastic media on the surface of the rubber roller to reuse the old rubber roller. CONSTITUTION: A recycling method for a rubber roller using plastic media comprises following steps. Plastic is pulverized at the surface of the rubber roller(100) with rotating the rubber roller. The plastic media made in a particulate form is sprayed. Foreign material adhering to the surface of the rubber roller is removed by hitting the sprayed plastic media.
