PURPOSE: A photochromic film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure excellent transparency and weather resistance by manufacturing a composition including an acryl resin, photochromic dye, and a cross-linking agent containing a specific structure. CONSTITUTION: A photochromic film includes an acryl resin 65 ~ 99 weight%, a cross-linking agent 0.1 ~ 30 weight%, and photochromic dye 0.1 ~ 5 weight%. The cross-linking agent comprises at least one kind selected from the group consisting of benzophenone, acetphenone, anthraquinone, mono ethylene unsaturated aromatic ketone, acryl amide-functional disubstituted acetyl arylketone, substituted triazine, piperidines, methoxysilane, ethoxy silane, oxysilane, alkoxysilane, acrylamide, acrylamidoglycolic acid and aziridine.
