PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for baking a fluorescent lamp are provided to steadily transfer the fluorescent lamp by heating the quartz tube in which the fluorescent lamp is stored. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for baking a fluorescent lamp(10) comprises a heater, a rotating unit, and a transfer block. The heater heats each accepted quartz tube in which the fluorescent lamps are contained and includes a plurality of magnetoelectricity rollers. The rotating unit rotates the quartz tubes placed between magnetoelectricity rollers by the rotation of magnetoelectricity rollers which is placed in one side of heater. The quartz tubes placed on the supporting rollers are rotated by the rotation of supporting rollers. The transfer block transfers the quartz tubes placed on supporting rollers.
