PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a heat exchanger for refrigerant and a heat exchanger produced by the same are provided to reduce fabrication cost and manufacturing time by simplifying manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a heat exchanger for refrigerant comprises following steps. Refrigerant flow pipes(20) are isolated with each other at constant intervals. A board material(10) is consecutively curve-cut to have a bending form in the longitudinal direction of the refrigerant flow pipe. Each pin is inserted to move air in a plurality of bent spaces(30) to cross the flow direction of the refrigerant flow pipe. An aluminum board is formed in a plurality of bent spaces.
