PURPOSE: A stand apparatus and a display device are provided to enable the multi-directional rotation of a display body to be independently made. CONSTITUTION: A stand apparatus includes a case(11), the first guide unit and the second guide unit. The first guide unit is rotatable centering on the first axis as being received in the case. A part of the second guide unit is received in the first guide unit and is rotatable centering on the second axis which is inclined from the first axis with respect to the first guide unit. Opening units through which a part of the second guide unit passes are respectively formed in the case and the first guide unit.
