PURPOSE: A wiper controlling apparatus is provided to grasp the frozen state of a wiper quickly and efficiently prevent the damage of a wiper motor. CONSTITUTION: A wiper controlling apparatus includes the first wiper, the second wiper(100), the first wiper motor, the second wiper motor(300), and the car body control module(500). The first and second wipers have built-in hotwires. The first and second wiper motors respectively operate the first and second wipers. The car body control module determines whether the first and second wipers operate according to the operations of the first and second wiper motors, and applies the power to hotwires. |
