PURPOSE: A drain sewage collecting device and an odor preventive device which can be mounted at the same are provided to prevent the overflow of the odor. CONSTITUTION: A drain sewage collecting device comprises a drain-pan and a bad smell blocking cover. The drain-pan has an upper side which can be opened. An inlet is formed at the side surface of the bad smell blocking cover. An outlet(105) is formed on the lower surface of the bad smell blocking cover. The bad smell blocking cover is combined with the drain-pan while the lower side of the dad smell blocking cover is positioned lower than the top side of the drain-pan. The drain-pan and the bad smell blocking cover are mounted at the device. A trap mounting unit(130) is formed at the device. The trap mounting unit is mounted at one of the drain-pan or the bad smell blocking cover.
