PURPOSE: A column selection signal control device is provided to read and write data stably and continuously by generating a column selection pulse signal with the constant pulse width. CONSTITUTION: A column selection signal control device includes a pulse signal generator(10). The pulse signal generator outputs a column selection pulse signal when inputting a write/read command. The pulse signal generator controls and outputs the pulse width of the column selection pulse signal according to the information signal with the voltage level information of the power voltage.
