LAUNDRY TREATING MACHINE AND CONTROL METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A clothes treating device determining a pre-set water level of a drainage tank and a control method thereof are provided to remove the creasing, odor or humidity from the clothes by supplying the steam and hot air. CONSTITUTION: A clothes treating device comprises followings. A receiving chamber contains the clothes. A steam generator supplies the steam to the receiving chamber inside. A circulating duct re-supplies the air within the receiving chamber by circulating the air. A water collecting tank(29) can detect the amount of the stored water by collecting the condensed water of the steam from the circulating duct, receiving chamber or steam generator. A drainage tank(70) discharges the water from the water collecting tank or sends the water to the water collecting tank again if the water level is over the specific level.
