PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing nitrobenzyl(1R,5R,6S) -6-(1R,5R,6S)-6-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-2-[(diphenylphosphono)oxyl]-1-methylcarbapen-2-em-3-carboxylnate is provide to easily apply production site and massively produce in industry field. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing nitrobenzyl(1R,5R,6S) -6-(1R,5R,6S)-6-[(1R)-1-hydroxyethyl]-2-[(diphenylphosphono)oxyl]-1-methylcarbapen-2-em-3-carboxylnate comprises: a step of reacting a compound of the chemical formula 2 and rhodium acetate or rhodium acetate with a compound of the chemical formula 2 in 1/1000-1/1500 weight ratio; a step of adding one or more kinds of base and diphenylphosphonyl chloride selected from diisopropylethylamine, N,N-dimethylaminopyridine, and riethylamine; a step of adding water and separating organic layer; and a step of crystallizing the organic layer.
