PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing N-methyl-N-propynyl-2-phenylethylamine is provided to attenuate MPTP-induced toxicity with safe propyl. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains N-methyl-N-propynyl-2-phenylethylamine(MPPE) and pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The composition is a composition for treating Parkison's disease. The composition can be used as a selegiline analog. The MPPE does not cause any side effect.
