PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a sound output, when accessing a file accompanied with the sound output. SOLUTION: When a portable telephone 10 used as a communication terminal is operated to input an instruction to access a file corresponding to the Web information now displayed, it reads the setting information of reproducing conditions for the file; and if an earphone 30 is connected, it restricts the sound output from a speaker to output sounds from the earphone 30, based on the setting information, thus reproducing the access-instructed file.
