<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to unnecess state to supply magnesium hydroxide to a desulfurization apparatus in a wet flue gas desulfrization facility using a magnesium hydrogen-gypsum process and to make reducible the operating cost, by using an absorbing solution extracted from the desulfurization facility in an existing wet flue gas desulfurization facility using a magnesium hydroxide process. SOLUTION: An absorbing solution extracted from a desulfurization facility 1 in an existing wet flue gas desulfurization facility using a magnesium hydroxide process is introduced to a double decomposition reactor 3 in the wet flue gas desulfurization facility using a magnesium hydroxide-gypsum process, and an amount of magnesium hydroxide regenerated in the double decomposition reactor 3 is increased.</p> |
