PURPOSE: A method for neutralizing and purifying toxic materials included in water, liquid foods, cereals, or drinks using a toxicity removal device is provided to decompose toxic materials into corpuscles. CONSTITUTION: A toxicity removal system comprises the following units. A control system is located in a main body(10) in order to control the driving time of a driving motor. A control button(11) is positioned on one side of the main body to manipulate the control system. A rotary plate(21) is detachable from the shaft of the driving motor and located in the lower center of a container(20) where the main body is settled. On the circumference of the rotary plate, a plurality of stirring wings(22) stand and face toward the rotation direction. The container is formed to enable a fluid or liquid food to collide with each other. A plurality of contact protrusions(23) are formed on the inner wall of the container. A lid(30) covers the container from the top.
