PURPOSE: A food manufacturing method using fermented black soybean is provided to offer convenient portability and intake property with black soybean, chicken breast, broccoli, yolk of an egg. CONSTITUTION: A food manufacturing method using fermented black soybean includes the following steps of: soaking washed black soybeans of 56%, Phellinus linteus of 8%, Ganoderma lucidum of 8%, Lentinus edodes of 8%, potatoes of 5%, onion of 5%, Laminaria japonica of 5%, anchovy of 5% in water for 12 hours; boiling swollen ingredients in an aging tank for 4 hours; aging the boiled black soybeans in the aging tank for 24 hours; boiling the chicken breast for 1 hour in 100 degrees; boiling the eggs for 10 minutes; boiling the broccoli in water for 2 minutes; separating the York and the white; drying each ingredient for 12 hours in a drier; and pulverizing the ingredients to powder. |
