PURPOSE: A diamond wire saw is provided to transform the surface with a diamond segment with an electro-deposition method. CONSTITUTION: A diamond wire saw comprises a wire(31), a spring member(33), a plurality of diamond segments(37), and a resin coating film. The spring member is inserted in a wire. The spring member is plasticized to make the adjacent wire adhere closely. Monomers repeatedly formed on the spring member. A plurality of diamond segments is deposited on the surface of the spring member. The resin coating film seals the wire, the spring member and the diamond segment with resin.
