DISPLAY DEVICE AND THE DRIVING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A display device and a method for driving the same are provided to operate a driver by generating a reset signal again by detecting an abnormal rest signal. CONSTITUTION: A scan driver(100) transmits a plurality of selection signals to each scan line. A data driver(300) transmits a plurality of data signals to each data line. A signal controller(400) controls the scan driver and the data driver. The scan driver and the data driver are started by a reset signal. The signal controller senses the reset signal and determines whether the reset signal is abnormal. If the reset signal is abnormal, the signal controller recovers the reset signal.
